The Murphy School Family Council (SFC) needs Homeroom Family Leads. You’ll connect the SFC with families in your child’s class and share SFC events and opportunities. It’s an important but simple volunteer role to boost family involvement.

Bring the kids and join us to brighten the Murphy grounds this Spring. All are welcome.

Over the next few months we’re seeking community partners and donations to make this day a success. We need items and support such as:

Mulch & Local plants

Volunteer landscaping crews or landscapers donating time

Dumpster or waste removal services

A local artist to help design and paint a mural

Tools (rakes, shovels, wheelbarrows) and gloves

Refreshments for volunteers (water, coffee, snacks)

The Murphy SFC Annual Coffee Cake Sale will kick off in late February and run through March 13. Cakes will be delivered in time for the Easter holiday. A portion of each sale will support the Murphy—your purchase helps fund programs and resources for our school community. We hope you will participate.

New this year: a digital ordering option to make purchases easier and more convenient.
