Murphy School Spring Clean-up
May 16, 2026 9AM - 3PM
Bring the kids and join us to brighten the Murphy grounds this Spring. All are welcome.
Over the next few months we’re seeking community partners and donations to make this day a success. We need items and support such as:
Mulch & Local plants
Volunteer landscaping crews or landscapers donating time
Dumpster or waste removal services
A local artist to help design and paint a mural
Tools (rakes, shovels, wheelbarrows) and gloves
Refreshments for volunteers (water, coffee, snacks)
Let us know what you can provide and if you or your group would like to volunteer. Stay tuned for volunteer signup details and the event date. Thank you for supporting a cleaner, brighter Murphy for our students and families.

Murphy Mingle - Parent's Night Out

Get a sitter and join fellow Murphy parents, caregivers, and community members for a fun night out at Pho Hoa, 1370 Dorchester Avenue—all while supporting the Murphy School!
Enjoy lite bites, take part in raffles and come together as a school community for an evening with purpose. Tickets are $20 in advance.
We have over $1,000 worth of raffle prizes donated from local businesses. Purchase your event tickets and chances to win raffle prizes now!

Become a Homeroom Family Lead

The Murphy School Family Council (SFC) needs Homeroom Family Leads. You’ll connect the SFC with families in your child’s class and share SFC events and opportunities. It’s an important but simple volunteer role to boost family involvement.
