Direct Giving to the School-Family Council
Cash donations help the Murphy provide student enrichment activities and support our teachers. Direct giving to the Murphy supports The Murphy Parent-Family Council , a 501c3 Non-Profit organization so all contributions are tax deductible. If you would like to make a large gift towards a specific program please contact us directly so that we can facilitate this.

Become a Homeroom Family
Become a classroom liaison for the Richard J. Murphy School-Family Council and help strengthen our school community. As a liaison, you’ll share SFC news, events, and volunteer opportunities with families in your student’s classroom, gather feedback to bring to Council meetings, and encourage participation in activities that support a safe, supportive learning environment. Your efforts amplify family voices, increase engagement, and build connections across the Murphy School—no previous experience required. Join us to make a positive difference for students, families, and staff.

Volunteer
Beyond our volunteer events, there are many opportunities to support the school.
